How We Treat

1. Clarity: Assessment using PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, EDE-QS, OCI, BDI, and Trait Inventory
2. Strategy: Customized lesson plans using evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP)
3. Response: Integrated practice with therapist support to shift behavior and internal dialogue

Service Formats

All sessions are conducted via Zoom on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Accept Insurance:  Currently in-network with Premera Blue Cross of Washington.  More in-network options coming soon!
  • Out-of-pocket plans available that include Super Bills, ask for more information during your free 30-minute consult call.
    • Assessment out-of-pocket rate is $250 and all ongoing sessions are $175 per 50-minute session. 
  • All services start with a thorough assessment to determine the frequency, severity, and intensity of symptoms. We recommend the “dosage” of treatment based on the level of intervention that is necessary to see results in a reasonable timeline.

Accelerated Care

Two times per week 50-minute sessions.

Accelerate your learning and results.

The focus of the therapy is related to exposures, challenging negative core beliefs, reducing distress and crisis.

  • Twice Weekly 50-minute sessions
  • In-Session Skills Lessons

(Once symptoms reduce you will be graduated to Consistent Care)

Immersive Care

Three times per week 50-minute sessions.

Our most supportive option.

An immersive approach to break old patterns quickly, with wrap around support for families and partners.

  • Includes in-session skills lessons to help break destructive behavior patterns
  • Reduce severity of OCD, trauma symptoms, eating disorder symptoms
  • Family or Couple’s Sessions
  • Exposure Therapy, DBT, CBT, and ACT

(Once symptoms reduce you will be graduated to Accelerated or Consistent Care)

Consistent Care

One time per week 50-minute sessions.

Maintain your learning and results.

  • One time per week 50-minute session
  • Between session skills lessons for independent learning at home
  • Collaborate with your therapist what is best for your life and schedule
